Room 3
We have started our week with enthusiasm and excitement. Our class photo was taken outside the Intermediate Inquiry Room. We have started our Inquiry about "The Treaty of Waitangi." Students came up with many questions and are working in their groups researching information. I hope parents and whanau are playing the place value maths homework activities.

A visit from Sister Lucille

This morning Sister Lucille led our Liturgy of the Word with Eucharist. 
It was a special time where students from the the senior school came together in prayer, full of hope for the start of the new school year.

After the Liturgy, Sister Lucille presented the seniors with a copy of the Mary MacKillop Prayerbook for Children. The prayers are written by school children and tell of her belief in goodness, ability to forgive, resilience when facing challenge and her welcome for all people. The prayers were gathered for publication by the Sisters of St Joseph.
