Room 3
We have started our week with enthusiasm and excitement. Our class photo was taken outside the Intermediate Inquiry Room. We have started our Inquiry about "The Treaty of Waitangi." Students came up with many questions and are working in their groups researching information. I hope parents and whanau are playing the place value maths homework activities.

RNZ Navy Band Concert

Today the seniors traveled to Napier for the RNZ Navy Band Concert.
The band are in town as part of the Art Deco celebrations this weekend.
On the way home, we passed lots of people dressed in Art Deco clothes and saw some awesome old cars.

    I enjoyed every single bit. My favourite instrument was the drums and the person that played it too. I was amazing.

    It was a fun event they got us all on our feet, my favourite part was when they played Uptown Funk on there instroments

    It was a really cool day, my favourite part was when they were singing Spongebob and I would love to go and see this really cool show again.

    I really enjoyed the music at the Navy Band show especially the Movie music and The Uptown funk cover. The experience was really cool and I'd like to go again. It wrapped up the show on the way home seeing all the art deco costumes and cars. What a day!

    One of the best moment I`v ever had.The thing that I like about it was when they played up town funk and everybody stood up and start dancing.
