We have started our week with enthusiasm and excitement. Our class photo was taken outside the Intermediate Inquiry Room. We have started our Inquiry about "The Treaty of Waitangi." Students came up with many questions and are working in their groups researching information. I hope parents and whanau are playing the place value maths homework activities.

Hockey week 6.
This week the intermediate students took part in TAC's hockey and we also got our first hockey lesson. In Hockey skills this week we learnt to dribble the three types of dribbling are the closed dribble, the open dribble, and the Indian dribble and we also played follow the leader with these different dribbles.

The hockey tournament sounded like a lot of fun. Well done to the competitors for getting out there and giving it a go. Good on the teachers for supporting the students.
